The annual publication Análise DNA 2020 interviewed Rodrigo Bertoccelli to discuss the new rules in Compliance and the strategic position from which the area contributes to confer security and predictability to businesses. According to Bertoccelli, “conformity will enter society’s blood flow.”
The area of Compliance gained prominence in Brazil with the Anticorruption Law and the Lava-Jato operation. Its goal is to prevent, detect and remedy acts which do not conform with laws, regulations, policies and proceedings, as well as to preserve business sustainability.
