Federal Law No. 15,103/2024 was published on 23 January, establishing the Energy Transition Acceleration Program. The initiative ratifies Brazil’s commitment to the premises of sustainable development and the decarbonization process, establishing objectives aimed at facilitating access to credit and promoting and encouraging the development of clean and renewable technologies, including the recovery and valorization of energy from solid waste.
