Term of Reverse Logistics Packaging in Rio de Janeiro

SEAS Resolution No. 87/2021 was published in the Official Gazette of the State of Rio de Janeiro today (15 March), amending Resolution SEAS No. 13/2019, to establish the following deadlines for the delivery of the Goals and Investments Plan (PMIn) and the Packaging Declaratory Act (ADE) in 2021:

• 15 March to 30 April 2021 for the delivery of the ADE and PMIn for the year 2019;
• 1 April to 31 May 31 2021 for the delivery of the ADE for the year 2020.

PMIn and ADE are mandatory for manufacturers, importers, distributors and traders who place packaging and packaged products on the Rio de Janeiro market.
