State of Rio de Janeiro authorizes use of third-party court orders for taxpayers to pay debt

ALERTS

The State of Rio de Janeiro has authorized the offsetting of state debt credits, in installments or inscribed in active debt, with the taxpayer’s own court orders or those that have been acquired from third parties.
