Our area of Public and Regulatory Law has produced the article “Startups under the new bidding law” published this past Friday (23 April) on the Migalhas site. The article addresses the new Bidding Law (Federal Law No. 14,133), published in the Federal Official Gazette on 1 April 2021 and how it impacts the participation of startups in bidding processes.
