Special Secretary of Welfare and Labor, together with the Ministry of Health and Agriculture, define rules on measures to be observed in corporate environments

Covid-19 News

The Ministries of the Economy, of Health and of Agriculture published, jointly, the necessary measures for the prevention, control and mitigation of the risks of transmission of the new coronavirus in corporate environments. These provide general guidelines which include sanitization measures, social distancing policies and use of personal protection equipment and the proper conduct for suspected cases of COVID-19. Testing employees prior the return to in-person should not be demanded but this requirement may still be adopted following a recommendation by the Ministry of Health.
