Setback in the courts inhibits new actions due to the pandemic

In an interview with Valor Econômico, Rafael Malheiro and Flávia Ganzella analyze the flow of processes to postpone deadlines for tax payments. According to our specialists, at the beginning of the pandemic, there were many consultations by companies on the impact of not paying taxes without entering into an action. Currently, however, there seems to be a discouragement of new actions due to unfavorable judgements.
