See workers’ rights on All Souls’ Day

Wednesday 2 November was All Souls’ Day, a national holiday, which guarantees the right to paid rest for most workers in the country. There are, however, categories that are considered essential and have authorization to work.

Partner Maurício Pepe De Lion commented on the matter to Folha and stressed that the best way is to talk. “Trying to negotiate is the best way. If there was any divergence in relation to just one day, a labor action should not be proposed”, said Maurício.
