The CEDAE concession auction and its results are still being discussion in the sanitation sector. Rodrigo Bertoccelli, a partner specialized in the area, spoke to REDD Insight about the auction process and its results. In the article, Rodrigo commented that “the success of the auction with bids over 100% of the minimum fee asked by the state will certainly unlock projects in other states as governors see how consistent the interest of investors is in the sector”.
