Partner of the Banking & Finance / Capital Markets department at Felsberg Advogados, Ricardo has over 20 years of practice in such areas, including work experience at Linklaters LLP, London and New York offices (2009-2010). In the Capital Markets practice, he has assisted local and foreign clients in structuring of investment funds, securities offerings in Brazil and abroad, securitizations and derivatives. In the Banking & Finance practice, he has assisted local and foreign clients in financings, including cross-border, syndicated, structured and project finance transactions. Some of the aforementioned transactions have been carried out for restructuring purposes.
