Tatiana focuses her practice on real estate law and commercial contracts. With over 15 years of experience, she has extensive expertise in Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions, Contracts, Aviation Law, and Real Estate Law.
In the real estate area, she structures and implements transactions involving industrial plants and commercial offices through various modalities, including purchase and sale, sale and leaseback, built-to-suit, logistics parks, and condominiums (including the development of internal regulations). She also negotiates rural leases and agricultural partnerships and structures the acquisition of rural property by foreign buyers, assessing the feasibility of converting it into urban property, filing authorization requests with INCRA and Ministries, and implementing alternative structures (such as rights of use, commodatum, usufruct, and surface rights).
In the commercial contracts area, Tatiana has experience with high-value contracts such as turn-key agreements, EPC, built-to-suit, manufacturing, toll manufacturing, commercial representation, distribution, automotive dealership agreements (Ferrari Law), service agreements, cost-sharing, supply, purchase and sale, leasing of movable and immovable assets, importation on behalf of third parties and by order, industrial plant leasing, confidentiality agreements, cooperation agreements, memoranda of understanding, drafting of regulations for promotional contests, and sponsorship agreements. She also develops atypical and sophisticated contracts, such as concept store and “buying club” (shared purchasing) agreements.
