Profile

Counsel in the Restructuring and Insolvency Department at Felsberg Advogados, Beatriz has extensive experience in civil and commercial law, working on both preventive and, primarily, contentious matters. Her practice includes bankruptcies, judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations, credit recovery, and debt restructuring, advising debtors, creditors, and financial institutions. With solid experience in complex litigation, she has been involved in some of the most significant corporate restructuring cases in the country, representing both domestic and international clients.

Currently based in New York, Beatriz is driving the firm’s international expansion by strengthening institutional relationships.

Beatriz is the author and co-author of legal articles and is a member of IWIRC (International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation – Brazil), MERITAS, and the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP). She has also served as a member of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Law Committee of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP).
