Profile

André is the member responsible for the Asset Recovery and Enforcement Measures area. With over 15 years of experience in corporate litigation, insolvency, and arbitration, including international practice, he advises domestic and foreign clients in highly complex asset recovery cases, asset tracing investigations, corporate disputes, and cross-border insolvency proceedings. His expertise includes work related to foreign judgments and arbitral awards, cross-border bankruptcy proceedings, and coordination with international stakeholders. asset tracing involving offshore structures, trusts, and private foundations; and extensive experience in corporate, contractual, and bankruptcy disputes. André contributed to the Chambers & Partners – International Fraud & Asset Tracing Guide in the 2024 and 2025 editions.
