On 1 November, the Attorney General of the National Treasury (“PGFN”) published another Tax Transaction Notice, namely, PGDAU Notice No. 6/2024.
The new notice establishes as eligible for the transaction: federal debts registered as active debt by 1 August 2024, and, by 1 November 2023, for debts of individuals, individual micro-entrepreneurs, micro-enterprises or small companies, even if in the phase of judicial execution or object of installments previously terminated, with enforceability suspended or not, as long as the consolidated value of the negotiation is equal to or less than BRL 45,000,000.00.
