On 28 January, Data Privacy Day, the National Authority for Data Protection (ANPD) has published regulations for small processing agents.
In an Alert, Clarissa Luz, Daniela Machado and Júlia Ribeiro summarize the rules introduced by the regulation in relation to the measures of flexibility and exemption from certain obligations provided for in the LGPD, the concept of small agents and the applicability of the resolution.
