On Tuesday 27 April 2021, Provisional Measures No. 1,045 and 1,046 were published which instituted, respectively, the new Emergency Program and Labor Measures to deal with the current scenario caused by the coronavirus. The said measures enacted by the Federal Government have a term of 120 days, counted from the date of publication.
