The Board of Trade of the State of São Paulo suspended in-person services to the general public between 23 March and 30 April, in light of the quick spread of COVID-19 in São Paulo. Although certain services remain accessible virtually, the service of filing corporate documents, such as the modification of meeting and assembly records and the opening of corporations, remains suspended.
