The government of the State of São Paulo, through Law No. 17,784/2023 and SFP Resolutions No. 57 and 58 of 2023, established and regulated its new ICMS debt payment program: “Resolve já”, which provides benefits for the payment of ICMS debts still in the administrative phase.
After editing the “Resolve já” program, the Government published Law No. 12,843/2023, which stipulates tax transactions for debts already registered in active debt.
