How are concession and PPP contracts with COVID-19?

In an interview with Infraroi, Rodrigo Bertoccelli and Amanda de Rolt, our Infrastructure specialists, examine the possibility of suspension of administrative contracts by the public administration due to the crisis resulting from the spread of coronavirus. Rodrigo and Amanda observe that “the Administration may suspend the performance of contracts for up to 120 days or, in exceptional cases as the one we are witnessing, for a longer period, until the conditions for the performance of the contract are re-established.”
