Rodrigo Amaral and Amanda Marinho, from the Real Estate practice, deal in a new Alert about PEC No. 13/2019 that includes the Green IPTU in the Federal Constitution.
Under analysis in the House of Representatives, the PEC of the Green IPTU foresees the interesting possibility of tax reduction for taxpayers who adopt environmentally sustainable actions in their properties, and exemption from IPTU of the portion of the property covered by native vegetation.
