In order to grant an increased protection to the final recipients of funds intended for settlement of payment transactions, the President of the Republic signed Provisional Measure nº 930, which seeks to protect resources intended for settlement transactions carried out under payment arrangements. Despite the current crisis scenario, final recipients will receive resources free from restriction or submission to differentiated insolvency regimes and which will be constituted as separate assets.
