Felsberg Advogados now has a new practice area: Fintech and Payments Systems. The work in this area will be conducted by our founding partner Maria da Graça Pedretti, together with the new arrival Fernanda Garibaldi. This new practice will devote itself to questions of a regulatory nature and of governance, associated with financial services. It will act in synergy with the different groups of the office, guaranteeing advisory services for fintechs in all steps of the investment cycle, on questions of intellectual property specific to fintech companies, including the outsourcing and licensing of IP and data protection, as well as tax questions.
