Felsberg Advogados advised Bus Serviços de Agendamento (Clickbus) on the acquisition of 80% of the common shares of RJ Participações, previously held by Totvs Large Enterprise Tecnologia. The transaction, valued at BRL 49.6 million (subject to adjustments), is part of Totvs’ strategy to optimize resources and focus on strategic segments.
This transaction involved the participation of partners João Carlos Mendonça and Gabriel Paranaguá, in addition to lawyers Pedro Henrique de Oliveira Fontes and Cindy Massesine Pimentel.
The closing of the transaction is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities and compliance with other usual conditions for this type of transaction.
