The Ministry of Finance, through Normative Ordinance MF No. 1,383, of 29 August 2024 (MF Ordinance No. 1,383/2024), established the Complete Transaction Program, consisting of a set of measures aimed at reducing tax litigation with high economic impact and regularizing taxpayers’ tax liabilities.
