Rodrigo Bertoccelli spoke to Estadão about the impact of ESG – Environmental, Social and Governance – on the new bidding law, which was approved in April this year. According to Rodrigo, “companies that adopt ESG criteria in their strategies will be better prepared to compete in public tenders going forward.”
