Daniela Mota and Luis Ricardo have written an article for the electronic magazine Consultor Jurídica on one of the most discussed topics after the promulgation of Law No. 14,026/2020, known as the new Basic Sanitation Framework, about regionalized provision structures. The establishment of these structures became a rule with the advent of the framework, becoming an important requirement for the transfer of federal funds.
