The Privacy, Data Protection and Technology team at Felsberg Advogados has developed research on the global panorama covering the evolution of sanctions already applied to violations of privacy rights and personal data protection.
The results were transformed into an e-book, in which the authors Daniela Machado, Míriam Ferreira and Clarissa Luz also made forecasts on the performance of the ANPD after the approval of the “Regulation of Dosimetry and Application of Administrative Penalties”, scheduled for February.
