A new decree authorizes the Union to expand resources for the fund that helps district, municipal and state governments to establish public-private concessions and partnerships.
On 8 December 2020, Decree No. 10,564/2020 was published, amending Decree No. 9,217/2017, which provides for the composition, functioning and competence of the Participation Council in the Fund for the Support of Structuring and Developing Concession Projects and Public-Private Partnerships of the Union, the States, the Federal District and the Municipalities, and authorizing the Union to proceed with the payment of shares in a fund managed by Caixa Econômica Federal.
