Our White-Collar Crime and Corporate Investigations, Compliance and Public Law teams recently wrote an article for the Migalhas website on the creation of the Program to Combat Sexual Harassment in Public Administration.
The Program foresees three objectives in combating sexual harassment: (i) confronting and preventing sexual harassment and other forms of violence against sexual dignity; (ii) training public agents to develop and implement actions aimed at discussing, preventing, guiding and solving the problem in public administration; and (iii) implementing and disseminating educational campaigns on conduct and behavior that characterize sexual harassment and other forms of violence against sexual dignity.
