The Federal Court of São Paulo has suspended the mandatory use of event S-2501 – relating to labor proceedings with a final and unappealable decision – on eSocial/DCTFWeb and will allow the taxpayer to collect social security contributions owed to System S arising from condemnatory decisions or approvals issued by the Labor Court via GPS, without calculating the 20% late payment fine.
