Compliance in public procurement: are we heading in the right direction?

The new Public Procurement Law recently completed one year in force and, with less than a year remaining for the full replacement of the previous legislation, our partner Rodrigo Bertoccelli commented on the panorama of compliance in public contracts.

In the text, published in Estadão, Rodrigo comments that the effectiveness of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) advances in the new Public Procurement Law depends on a regulation by the Union that presents indicators in terms of risk management and compliance for those who want to contract with administration public.
