The Brazilian Central Bank published notice nº 3.995, postpoinge the final deadline for the submission of the annual and trimestral declaration of Brazilian Capital Abroad (CBE). The deadline for the annual declaration referring to 2019 was initially set for early April but will now be postponed to June. This new notice will enter into force on 1 April, 2020.
