Bevap, the owner of a plant in João Pinheiro (MG), has agreed with a group of public banks to restructure overdue debts that amounted to BRL 450 million. This was the second debt renegotiation carried out by the company. “The deadline for getting a new investor is open. But it should be easy to find a partner, because the company has shown improvements in the last few months and the perspective is for the agribusiness sector to heat up ”, said lawyer Renato Brandão, from Felsberg Advogados, who mediated the negotiations.
