ANVISA’s Resolution of the Collegiate Board of Directors of ANVISA No. 476/2021 was published, in an extra edition of the Official Gazette of 13 March, establishing the procedures and requirements for submitting an exceptional and temporary authorization request for import and distribution of medicines and vaccines for COVID-19 in the face of the public health emergency resulting from the outbreak of the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2), under the terms of Law No. 14,124/2021.
