In an attempt to simplify and optimize the certification process of Good Manufacturing Practice and of Good Practices of Distribution and Storage, ANVISA published Public Consultation nº 805 and is awaiting contributions from society regarding the proposal for a new normative resolution. The proposed resolution adds additional aspects to existing RDC nº 39/2013 such as the simplification of guidelines and deadline modifications. Once the deadline for the submission of consultations has passed, ANVISA will publish the outcome of the consultation and analyze the information to issue a new RDC.
