The Official Gazette dated 6 July set forth the first administrative sanction imposed by the National Authority for Data Protection (“ANPD”) as a result of alleged violations of the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – “LGPD”) and the related Inspection Regulation.
The application took place in the records of sanctioning administrative proceeding No. 00261.000489/2022-62, established with the objective of investigating infractions and applying punishments against Telekall Infoservice, a call center company based in Espírito Santo.
