On 11 January 2022, the National Water and Basic Sanitation Agency (ANA) published the list of operators that presented proof of economic and financial capacity.
Rodrigo Bertoccelli, Joyce Mackay and Thaís Vidal have produced an Alert in which they comment on the ANA publication, explaining that the Decree for the assessment of economic-financial capacity established the methodology for proving the economic-financial capacity of providers of public services for supplying drinking water or of sanitary sewage. They also note the STF’s position on the agenda, informing that after 31 March 2022, ANA will make available on its website a copy of the technical manifestations and decisions of the regulatory entity.
