Unigel completed an extrajudicial recovery process that restructured its debts of BRL 5.1 billion, an operation that was conducted by our #FEA team! Our founding partner, Thomas Felsberg, spoke to Valor Econômico about the matter, which lasted 12 months.
“It was a complex process, longer than desired because of the litigation, but it worked out very well. The objective of this process is to allow the company to recover”, said Thomas Felsberg.
