Federal Law No. 15,070/2024 was published on 24 December 2024, establishing a comprehensive regulatory framework for production, import, export, registration, marketing, use, inspection, supervision, research, experimentation, packaging, labeling, advertising, transportation, storage, fees, provision of services, disposal of waste and packaging, in addition to incentives for the production of bio-inputs for agricultural, livestock, aquaculture and forestry use, including production for own use.
