CETESB Collegiate Board Decision No. 051/2024/P was published last week to update the procedure for demonstrating compliance with reverse logistics within the scope of environmental licensing in the State of São Paulo.
The Decision regulates the second stage of reverse logistics in São Paulo, scheduled to last until 31 December 2025, with the delivery of Annual Results Reports, and for the year 2025, delivery will be until 30 July 2026.
