On 19 March, the Federal Revenue of Brazil (RFB) published Transaction Adhesion Notice No. 01/2024, which provides for the opening of the “Zero Litigation 2024” Program, allowing the transaction by adhesion of tax debts under discussion in federal administrative litigation, the value of which, per process, is equal to or less than BRL 50 million.
