On 14 March, Clifford Chance invited our founding partner Thomas Felsberg to participate in a webinar with Michelle McGreal, partner at Clifford Chance New York, specialist in Restructuring and Insolvency. During the meeting, Thomas and Michelle discussed the most recent cases of insolvency in Brazil, those of Americanas S.A. and Oi. In addition, they considered the possible risks and benefits for companies, after the restructuring carried out in Brazil and the United States, based on the considerations of creditors and investors.
