Our founding partner, Thomas Felsberg, was recently honored with the Founder’s Award by the International Insolvency Institute (III), a non-profit organization dedicated to improving international cooperation in the field of Insolvency and Restructuring.

III has among its members outstanding professionals, academics and judges in the area of insolvency from 47 countries around in the world, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Hong Kong, Singapore and Brazil.
