Thomas Felsberg and Victoria Villela Boacnin, from the Transformation, Restructuring and Insolvency area, are authors of the article “A cultura do litígio na Recuperação Judicial e a sua superação (The culture of litigation in Judicial Recovery and overcoming it)” published on the Migalhas portal.
In the text, Thomas and Victoria discuss how the reform of the Bankruptcy and Business Recovery Act changed the structure of power between debtor and creditors and encouraged the search for alternative forms of conflict resolution, addressing the benefits that resolution via negotiation has brought to the parties in cases where it has been used.
