Bill No. 6,545, recently approved, establishes tax incentives for the recycling industry which have stirred up the area of Environmental Law.
Partner Fabricio Soler, who is an expert on the subject, published an article on the portal Saneamento Básico, explaining the three main measures of the PL and how the partial reduction of income tax will occur as a result of direct support for projects previously approved by the Ministry of Environment.
