The medications reverse logistics system (Law No. 10,388/2020), which had the implementation of its first phase completed on 31 May, has been in the news. The Performance Monitoring Group (GAP), responsible for monitoring the implementation, structuring and operationalization of the system, reported on Phase 1 of the project last week. The presentation was attended by Fabricio Soler, who commented on the steps of the system.
