As of yesterday, 7 June 2021, CMN Resolution No. 4,734/2019 and BCB Circular No. 3,952/2019, the new regulations on card receivables, came in force, establishing conditions and procedures for the carrying out by financial institutions of operations of discount and credit guaranteed by receivables, upon registration of such credit rights, present or future, related to payment obligations, with recording entities.
