The favorable decision of the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJ-SP) in the case of Livraria Cultura on Wednesday (26 May) was highlighted in Valor Econômico. The newspaper interviewed partner Fabiana Solano, leader of the Felsberg team, who stated: “It was the best possible outcome, not only for Cultura, but also for creditors. If the company went bankrupt, they wouldn’t get paid. The company would not have been able to afford the payments that were in the original proposal”.
