This Wednesday (26 May), the 1st Chamber of Business Law of the São Paulo State Court of Justice approved the new judicial recovery plan of Livraria Cultura. The role of partner Fabiana Solano in the case was highlighted on the site Consultor Jurídico (ConJur), which reported on the decision in favor of the company. In the article, Fabiana commented that “the TJ unanimously accepted the arguments submitted by Livraria Cultura, which also had the support of several creditors, the judicial administrator, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and those appreciative of the services provided by the company throughout its more than 70 years of experience in the bookselling market”.
