Resolution No. 5,917 was published on 26 November 2020, providing for updated security measures, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Among the mandatory measures are the application of specific health guidelines by ANVISA, the adoption of care to prevent the spread of the virus and the instruction of passengers about hygiene and care measures. It is anticipated that non-observance of these determinations will subject the infringer to the penalties provided for in ANTT Resolutions 233/2003 and 3,075/2009.
